Rental period and rates
For the Loft, the minimum stay is 2 nights. However, it is possible to stay one night for an additional fee; please contact us for details.
January, February, March, October, November, December: €65 per night
April: €70 per night
May, June, and September: €90 per night
Early July and late August: €125 per night
Peak summer: €135 per night
Tourist tax is included in the price, and end-of-stay cleaning is free, because we don't come to the Côte d'Azur to clean!
We would be delighted to welcome you from 4 p.m. and would be grateful if you could vacate your room by 10 a.m.
