Off-season :
From November 1st to the beginning of the February school vacations (except Christmas vacations): €60 per night

Low season:
From the start of the February school vacations to the end of April, and Christmas vacations: €65 per night

Mid season:
May, June and September: €90 per night

High season:
July and August: €120 per night

Tourist tax is included in the price, and end-of-stay cleaning is free, because you don't come to the Côte d'Azur to clean!
